the pool wasn't open during our stay the view from our balcony was amazing the breakfast on the terrace was fantastic and the staff were super friendly and helpful

What stands out, both good and bad

The amazing views from the balcony created a picturesque retreat. The breakfast was varied and delicious, complemented by attentive, friendly staff.

Cleanliness issues arose, with reports of dirty bathrooms and unkempt rooms, impacting the overall experience negatively.

The hotel staff was excellent, rooms were large, a must for families.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with suggestions on how to spend our time in Positano also they spoke good english (even helped us with our poor Italian). The restaurant meals were of a high standard and reflected the best of what one might expect from an Italian menu. The view from our room combined ocean, mountains and the town.

I would have preferred to have had broadband access in our room rather than only in the lobby.

The elegant decor and charming balconies really added grace to Posa Posa. Accessible walkways make moving around easy, perfect for those of us who enjoy leisurely strolls with beautiful views.

A shuttle service for seniors would be helpful.

Our family with 2 teenage children had a really enjoyable time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely views from balcony and restaurant. Didn't mind the 15 minute walk up from the beach and the town centre.

Don't see why they couldn't include wifi access in the price. Their Internet access is very slow.

The Hotel was in a very good position, Staff were extremely nice and heplful and nothing was a trouble for them. They suggested things that you should do and see in the area

The cute atmosphere right from our first steps in was just perfect as we took a manageable walk to gorgeous Il Fornillo beach, enjoying the lovely eateries along the way, while our room offered a fine partial sea view that's lovely for any traveler who loves captivating sights and central exploration.

The staff at Hotel Posa Posa was very pleasant and helpful. They treated us with warmth and kindness. We felt very much at home. Every morning, we ate breakfast at Posa Posa -- good food and great view! Location was fine for us too since we went in mid Apr. - about a 15 min walk up the hill from the beach. We had a wonderful experience and would go back to Posa Posa.

Very nice location, with bus stop in front of the hotel, nice and friendly staff, the suite was very comfort. The only problem was the bath, the jacuzzi did not work, and, after using the bath we noticed a bad smell.

good stay but prepare for stairs

The Superior Double Room with Partial Sea View offered a lovely glimpse of the coastline, perfect for morning reflections. I also appreciated the elegant decor throughout the hotel.

Be prepared to take the stairs if you stay here.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large, the beds comfortable and the view out of this world. I would highly recommend a visit to the Hotel Posa Posa. I have only been back in Australian for 4 days and am already saving and dreaming of my next trip to Positano, where I will certainly stay at the same hotel.

I loved everything

It is a nice hotel with big and clean rooms, good location, friendly staff and beutiful sea views.

The promised jacuzzi did not work.
